We take
pride in taking some extra steps to make our customers
happy. If we don't have the books they are looking for, we
try our best to find them. We contact our list of fellow
Independent Book Shops and see if they have what we are
looking for. If we sell a book for them, great.
We don't consider these
Book Shops as competition, rather more like team members in
providing great customer service.

We have
several customers who don't feel comfortable ordering from
an online service, so we often order for them. If something
goes wrong ... we deal with it, making their transaction as
easy as possible.
It is not a moneymaking
concept, but it is a very good customer service concept
